Will servicing my car here instead of the dealer void my warranty?
No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act a manufacturer cannot require you to use the dealer for routine maintenance. What matters is that the work follows the factory schedule with the correct parts and fluids, and that you keep the records. We give you an itemized invoice for every visit.
Why does the oil specification matter?
European engines are built around specific oil approvals, such as BMW Longlife-01, Mercedes-Benz 229.5 or VW 504 00. The approval covers viscosity, additive chemistry and how the oil behaves over a long drain interval. An oil with the right weight but the wrong approval can shorten the life of timing components and emissions parts.
Do you reset the service light?
Yes. We reset the service indicator with the factory procedure and enter the service in the digital service record where the car supports it.
