About the shop
What kinds of cars does Elite European Auto Care work on?
Elite European Auto Care works on any make and model, including domestic, Asian and European vehicles, commercial fleets and electric vehicles. The shop specializes in European cars, mainly BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen.
Where is Elite European Auto Care located?
The shop is at 3876 Indian Ripple Rd, Beavercreek, OH 45440, near The Greene Town Center, off I-675.
What are the hours?
The shop is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Is Elite European Auto Care affiliated with a dealership?
No. It is an independent, locally owned shop and is not affiliated with any manufacturer or dealer.
Estimates and pricing
Do I get an estimate before work starts?
Yes. Every job gets a line-item estimate that lists parts, labor and the reason for each item. Work starts only after you approve it.
Will you recommend work I do not need?
No. The estimate separates what needs to be done now from what can wait, and you decide what to approve.
Is an independent shop cheaper than the dealer?
Usually, because an independent shop has lower overhead than a dealership. We quote every job up front so you can compare before you decide.
Warranty and parts
Will service at an independent shop void my factory warranty?
No. The federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act says a manufacturer cannot require dealer service to keep a warranty valid. Maintenance has to follow the factory schedule with the correct parts and fluids, and you should keep the invoices.
What parts do you use?
OE-specification parts and fluids that carry the manufacturer approval for your car.
Appointments, drop-off and towing
How do I book an appointment?
Call (937) 609-7536 or use the online scheduling form. Pick a service, a day and a time window, and the shop confirms by phone.
Can I wait while the car is serviced?
Yes. You can wait at the shop, or head to The Greene nearby for coffee, lunch or shopping and come back when the car is ready.
Do you offer towing?
Yes. If the car will not start or should not be driven, call (937) 609-7536 and the shop arranges a tow.
Fleets and electric vehicles
Do you service commercial fleets?
Yes. The shop maintains fleets of cars, vans and light trucks of any make, schedules work around downtime and keeps a service record for each vehicle.
Do you work on Tesla and other electric vehicles?
Yes, for general upkeep: tires, brakes, suspension, cabin filters and wipers. The shop does not repair high-voltage batteries or drive units.
