About Elite European Auto Care
We are an independent, locally owned shop in Beavercreek, Ohio, and the owner is on site. We work on any make and model. European cars are our specialty: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche and Volkswagen.
A lot of shops that take in European cars work from a generic scanner and a repair database subscription. We bought the factory diagnostic systems and did the brand-specific training the dealer uses. That lets us read, code and program every module in your car.
We don't have a service advisor on commission, and we don't upsell. You get a line-item estimate on your phone and approve it, and then we start. If we wouldn't do a repair on our own car, we won't recommend it for yours.
We're close to The Greene, at 3876 Indian Ripple Rd in Beavercreek. Drop the car off, get lunch, and pick it up when it's done. If the car can't be driven, we'll tow it in.

Elite European Auto Care is owner-operated. The person who diagnoses your car is the person you talk to. There is no service advisor in between, and nobody earns a commission on your estimate. Ask for the owner and you get the owner.

Why European cars are different
European cars need their own software, fluids and coding.
Modern BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Porsche models each have their own software, their own oil and fluid specifications and their own coding procedures. A generic OBD scanner reads a code. It cannot register a battery, reset a service interval or program a replacement module. We have the factory tools and the training to do that work.

We send the estimate to your phone with parts, labor and the reason for each item. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Fix it once
We use OE-spec parts and follow the factory procedure. If we wouldn't do it to our own car, we won't recommend it.

Walk you through it
The owner shows you what was done and what to watch for next. Then you drive home.
